Acceptable Use & Customer Responsibilities

As Our Customer, You Agree To:
- Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments, customs declarations, transport instructions, and related documentation.
- Ensure goods are correctly packaged, labelled, secured and prepared for transport.
- Comply with all applicable customs, import, export, transport, biosecurity and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure container weights, cargo descriptions and shipping documentation are accurate and compliant with applicable laws.
- Meet your obligations under Chain of Responsibility requirements and ensure goods are safely loaded and restrained for road transport.
- Pay all agreed charges, government fees, duties, taxes, storage charges, detention charges and other applicable costs when due.
- Arrange appropriate cargo insurance for your goods, as our liability may be limited under our Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Provide false, misleading or incomplete shipment information.
- Tender dangerous, hazardous, prohibited or restricted goods without prior written disclosure and approval.
- Provide unsafe instructions that could cause a breach of transport safety laws or Chain of Responsibility obligations.
- Attempt to ship goods that breach Australian or overseas laws, sanctions, export controls or customs requirements.
- Incorrectly declare cargo value, weight, contents, country of origin or regulatory status.
- Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Important Customer Information
- We may engage carriers, airlines, shipping lines, warehouses, customs authorities and other service providers as part of providing services.
- We may refuse, suspend or cease services where safety, legal or regulatory requirements are not met.
- Our liability is limited under our Standard Trading Conditions and customers should consider obtaining appropriate cargo insurance.
- Claims for loss or damage are subject to strict notification and time limitation requirements.
- We may exercise lien and security rights over goods where amounts remain outstanding.
