2) What personal data we collect and why we collect it

- details of the services we’ve provided you, or that you’ve enquired about, including any additional information necessary to deliver those services and respond to your queries;
- information relating to import, export, customs clearance, freight forwarding, distribution, warehousing, and other logistics activities;
- when you apply for a job or other position with us;
- via CCTV cameras located at our sites and premises that you attend;
- information that you post to our sites, social media, or other media channels; and
- any other personal information that may be required in order to facilitate your dealings with us.
When you visit our website, S2 webstore, or shipment tracking service, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality, analyse website traffic and enhance your user experience. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings, however some website functions may not operate correctly if cookies are disabled.
We will generally collect information for the purposes of keeping you informed about our businesses and services, including (but not limited to):
- providing freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, warehousing and logistics services;
- managing customer relationships;
- responding to enquiries;
- processing payments;
- complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
- managing employment and contractor relationships;
- improving our services; and
- keeping you informed about our business and services.
Where it is reasonably practical to do so, we will collect your personal information directly from you. However, in certain cases we may collect personal information about you from third parties, including:

- our suppliers, contractors, and business partners;
- referees, if you apply for a position as an employee or contractor with us; and
- credit reporting agencies.
If you apply for employment or engagement as a contractor, we may collect information relating to your qualifications, employment history, references, work rights, identification documents and background checks where permitted by law.

5) Protecting your personal information

6) How long we retain your data
We keep your personal information for as long as we need it to provide our Services, meet our legal obligations or support the purposes for which it was collected. Once we no longer need it, we delete it or permanently de-identify it, subject to any legal or other retention requirements.
7) Overseas transfers of personal information
We may disclose personal information to overseas recipients where reasonably necessary to provide international freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, warehousing and logistics services.
These recipients may include overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, freight partners, logistics providers and cloud service providers.
Due to the global nature of our operations, personal information may be transferred to countries in Asia, Europe, North America, New Zealand and other jurisdictions in which our service providers or business partners operate.
8) Accessing and Correcting your personal information
It’s your personal information – which means you have a right to know what information we have and correct any inaccuracies. You can contact us with your request by using the contact details at the bottom of this Policy.
Please include as much detail as possible in your request about the information you want to access or correct. Sometimes, you might need to pay an administrative fee to cover the costs associated with your request. We’ll respond to your request as soon as we’re reasonably able to.
There are circumstances where we might not be able to fulfil your request. If that happens, we’ll let you know the reasons why in writing. If we don’t allow you to access or correct your personal information, and you disagree with our decision, you can make a complaint following the process outlined in section 9 of this Policy.
9) Lodging Concerns or Complaints

We’ll investigate your complaint and respond to you as quickly as possible (usually within 30 days of hearing from you). Sometimes this Policy will need to be updated. Any changes will be effective immediately on the posting of the revised Policy on this Site. Please check this site regularly to see if there have been any changes. Depending on the nature of the change, we may also announce it by email (if we have your email address). You can also obtain a copy of the most current version of this Policy by either emailing or writing to the Privacy Officer using the contact details set out below.
By continuing to use our product, services or Site, or otherwise continuing to deal with us, you accept these changes and this Policy as it applies from time to time.
